Senior Executive - HRIS & Payroll Administration

  • Manage the company's pay cycle as per agreed timelines.
  • Manage the employee exit and clearance process as per established procedures and processes.
  • Provide HR services such as issuing confirmation, transfer, salary confirmation letters, etc. an update on HRIS. 
  • Maintain HRIS up to date
  • Prepares and submits payroll related reports to the management

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized University or Professional Institution
  • MBA would be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the related function
  • Excellent knowledge of Human Resources information systems and MS Office package.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to absorb and manage work pressure positively.
  • Strong communication skills in Singhalese and English. 
  • Age below 35 years
