Executive / Assistant Manager - Risk Management
We seek a young, dynamic individual possessing a sound understanding of risk management to make comprehensive risk management decisions. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional individual with a high degree of motivation, excellent communication skills and highly capable of driving the risk management operation function of the company. Also should be able to work as a team and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular monitoring of identified risks and continue to employ strategies to unearth emerging risk areas scanning both internal and external environment
- Make recommendations to reduce or control risks through better execution of risk management framework/risk registers across the organization
- Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate risk and use statistical modelling using Excel by using Company data sets covering risk categories
- Present ideas via reports and presentations, outline findings and make recommendations for improvements, reporting these to diverse audiences including IRMC
- Develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies
Relevant Skills, knowledge & Experience
- Graduate with a full or part professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA
- Two to three years' experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement to provide advice and take initiative in relevant risk areas
- Passion to resolve issues and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal, communication & presentation skills in English, including developing reports using MS office, Excel
- Qualification in risk management would be advantageous
