About the job role
- Directing the Employee Lifecycle Management Team towards execution of services across the employee life cycle management administration and support including; confirmation, attendance, transfers, performance management, employee retention, vendor management, benefits and any additional employee related activities
- Responsible for tracking and reporting agreed Service Level Agreements with client as per the reporting schedules
- Responsible for identifying and driving process improvements, value additions and cost efficiencies in accordance with business and client objectives
- Ensuring quality of process output and timely performance of services to client, through quality checks and implementation of mechanisms to track and report the same
- Adherence to governance process through preparation of reports, presentations, data analysis as per the governance schedule
- Maintaining compliance and statutory requirements of processes
- Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, updating documents in a timely manner and ensuring adherence to defined process
- Capacity planning and attrition management to ensure service delivery
- Leading automation and improvement projects impacting cost to serve
- Handling client escalations, performing root cause analysis, identifying corrective and mitigating actions
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-6 years of handling General HR Operations in a systematic work environment. At least 4+ years in the BPO industry (preferred)
- At least 3 years in People management
- Prior exposure in handling Employee Central (EC) and Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) modules in SAP SuccessFactors
