Job Role
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office
- Generate help desk system reports for management review
Requirements
- Qualification in G.C.E Advance level
- Preferably female candidates
- Age below 30
- Fluency in English language is required
- Previous work experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge in MS office, Internet, email, and computerized environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
