Procurement Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential suppliers / partners for Hoardings, Backdrops, Printing & Lighting Effective Negotiating skills
- Preparation of Estimates / Costing & Quotations
- Preparation of Purchase orders, Scheduling deliveries and Coordinating
- A good knowledge in handling Government & Private sector tenders
- Thorough knowledge in Maintaining Records, Documentation and Preparation of MIS (Management Information) Reports
- Willing to travel to client sites
- Corresponding with overseas suppliers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualification related to Diploma in Logistics & Administration / Finance / Supply Chain Management
- Procurement experience of 3 years or more
- Experience in tender sales would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point
- Age between 26 - 35
- Having worked in an event / advertising agency with a technical knowledge will be an advantage
- Willing to join immediately would be an advantage
