Requirements
- Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA)
- 5-6 years of experience in the field of Audit and Assurance at a reputed international accounting firm
- Thorough knowledge of SLFRS/IFRS and Sri Lanka Auditing Standards (SLAUS)
- Strong understanding of internal controls in different industries
- Significant presentation and business writing experience
- Experience in motivating and developing teams
- The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and stimulating environments
- Keen sense of business acumen by seeking new clients and developing business relationships within the community
