As a Senior F&B Supervisor in a boutique hotel, your role involves;
- Overseeing food and beverage operations
- Ensuring high-quality service, and Maintaining guest satisfaction
- You'll lead and train F&B staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate events and promotions, monitor inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the F&B department while upholding the hotel's standards and ambiance
