Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our tourism services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to achieve company goals.
- Generate comprehensive reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain budgetary control and ensure cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 1 years in a management role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both internal and external.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in report generation and analysis.
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, including fares and markets.
- Prior experience in budget and cost management.
- Knowledge in information technology (IT) is considered an added advantage.
