Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sales Support:
  • Assist sales representatives in improving productivity by arranging customer appointments and providing up-to-date support materials.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
  • Answer customer queries, inform them of any delays, schedule delivery dates, and coordinate marketing events.
Order Processing:
  • Process orders via phone, email, or mail.
  • Verify the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Input orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, finance, and queries) to ensure efficient handling of sales-related activities.
  • Maintain effective communication channels.
Administrative Duties:
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records, reports, and financial information.
  • Assist in hiring and training sales staff.
  • Monitor staff quotas and goals.
  • Manage budgets for expenses (e.g., bonuses, marketing, travel).
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Make our products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales.
  • Previous experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is advantageous.
  • Strong team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication, sales, and customer service skills.
