WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Lead and motivate team to achieve performance targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree / Diploma in supply chain and logistics.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Inclination to data analytics with a data driven mindset.
- Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
