Sales Operations Coordinator

Job role: 
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be central to bridging our head office operations with our vast retail network. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, an understanding of our retail dynamics, and the ability to collaborate with multiple team leaders and staff across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Coordination: Act as the primary link between the head office and our retail locations, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and location staff, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and implementing streamlined sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Generate and manage essential sales documents tailored to our mobile and IoT device portfolio.
  • Data Management: Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate reflection of sales data across all retail locations and provide necessary reports.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Conduct sales forecasting with an emphasis on trends in mobile devices, loT devices, and accessories.
  • Training & Onboarding: Coordinate with regional heads to facilitate training for new sales staff, ensuring they're well-acquainted with Stelacom's products and values.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Strategize to enhance the ARPU, in line with Stelacom's mission, by coordinating efforts across all locations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or fully or Partial qualifications of CIM/SLIM a relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, especially in the mobile or loT sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Adeptness in navigating the challenges and dynamics of a vast retail network.
