Manager- Sales (Male/Female)

We are currently looking to expand our sales and marketing team to cater to upcoming projects and the following opportunities are available for the suitable candidate's to join our sales team with immediate effect.
The Job
- Responsible for the sale of allocated Condominiums and Real Estate projects.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Organize sales promotions and business development.
- Attractive incentives and perks.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
The Person
- Strong customer service and convincing ability
- Team player.
- Strong time management & work independently with minimum supervision.
- Business development skills.
- Should possess a good command of Sinhalese/English both oral and written, the ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Should be IT literate.
Preferred Experience
- Experience Category: Condominium & Real Estate Sales
- Years of Experience: Minimum 8 Years for the Manager Post.
Preferred Qualification
- Minimum Qualification Level: Fully or Part qualification in CIM or SLIM
