Executive - Customer Service | Female
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female
- A Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Freight Forwarding Field
- Providing customer service and resolution to all client issues pertaining to delivery of the shipment.
- Monitoring shipments and updating key milestones
- Keeping customers updated on their shipments, maintaining relationships.
- Follow up on the outstanding statements & query resolution.
- Fluent English knowledge & sound communication skills especially handling agents.
- Microsoft office proficiency at the highest level
