Job Description: Administrative Executive
To maintain our buildings and office spaces in good order by constantly monitoring the condition and taking preventive steps. To lead minor construction tasks by calling for quotations from contractors and awarding them to the most suitable company. Monitoring and Evaluating Civil Construction Projects. You will be expected to advise the management in taking proactive steps to maintain and improve our facilities. You will also be expected to attend to complaints from all clients who use our facilities.

Prerequisites:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in suitable positions with exposure in handling some property and related tasks.
  • English literacy is compulsory. All reports will be required in English.
  • Be quick to learn new processes and technical aspects.
  • Good GCE A/Ls and Excellent in MS Excel
  • Must possess a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently without much supervision.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle riding license or learn to ride a motorcycle.
  • Reside within 10km radius from Office. Nearer the better.
  • Two verifiable good references
