Assistant Manager - International Programs

Assistant Manager - International Programs will be responsible for the coordination of all international education programs with partner institutions, international organizations, and relevant stakeholders while driving for excellence and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with partner institutions, international organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate for enhanced program offerings, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Ensure programs are executed according to established timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze program effectiveness, student outcomes, trends, and areas for improvement, and use findings to enhance program quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage program logistics, program scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Meeting particular requirements set forth by the partner institutions and international organizations.
Personal profile
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in program coordination, international education, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
