Brand Manager / Executive - Pharmaceuticals

Our Marketing Team is looking for a dynamic, driven, determined & charismatic individual to join them:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the achievement of the total category budget (Monthly and Annually)
- Responsible for the achievement of assigned category brands (Monthly and Annually)
- Developing brand promotional strategies for the category
- Conducting training on Product knowledge (Brands) / detailing for MSRS / Coordinators
- Preparing monthly forecasts, Sample allocations.
- Conducting market audits
- Providing information for new product development
- Involve in brand enhancements
- Visiting key opinion leaders (medical practitioners) & building the rapport with them
JOB SPECIFICATION
- 5 or more years of experience in fieldwork in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in brand building of Pharmaceuticals is essential
- Should possess excellent communication and IT skills
- Excellent skills in written and spoken Sinhala & English
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
