Assistant Business Development Manager - Female
Tradarea (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established company in Sri Lanka since 2008. Tradarea (Pvt) Ltd is an importer, stockiest and distributers of Security Seals, Printer Toners, Automatic-Air fresheners, and Wristbands for Corporates and Retailers. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Assistant Business Development Manager - Female within the age limit of 40 years.
The Role
- Managing the Sales coordination & Tele marketing team and activities within the company.
- Motivating the team and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
- Arranging to attend industry Meeting, conferences and events.
- Networking with companies in the industry.
- By introducing the products of the company by phone if needed arrange sales visits.
- Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s to Team Leader Sales.
The Candidates
- Must have Minimum 05 years experience in similar in Sales or Marketing .
- Must be result oriented, can do attitude, able to seek and secure customers and develop business.
- Must have strong Negotiation skills, good business acumen, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in all three languages will be an advantage.
- Must be able to work late hours.
