We also provide support services for the Sales, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and IT sectors within the group.
Job Profile:
- Assist the Customer Account Managers in their day-to-day activities.
- Supporting the business process and the MI reports.
The Person:
Are you dynamic, eager to learn new things and would love to start your corporate carrier with a world-renown multinational company? Then, you are what we are looking for.
Your main responsibilities will encompass:
- Assist the senior Customer Account Managers and executives in their day-to-day work.
- Process the purchase orders onto the ERP system, Raise inquiry reviews, and coordinate with the cross-functional departments.
- Extract data and prepare management information reports
Desirable Skills:
- Good communication in English, both written & spoken.
- Must be a pass-out student from a reputed local or an international university.
- MS Excel & MS Word skills for data analysis and review.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment, self-prioritizing, and organizing tasks.
- Attention to detail, great analytical skills
- Should be a good team player with a flexible approach and willingness to support the senior team.
