Your Responsibilities

Business Development and Client Retention:
  • Generate new revenue for oDoc and service corporate clients by developing, implementing, and managing business development and retention strategies. Include identifying and securing opportunities, reducing customer churn, and improving customer retention
Sales Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying key market segments and potential clients, through to securing new deals. Includes accurately monitoring and forecasting the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building and Management:
  • Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with corporate decision-makers and various stakeholders. Encompasses the process of client on-boarding, conducting product demos, and addressing customer concerns.
Creation of Sales Materials and Client Documentation:
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Also manage account documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, and oversee post-sale account management.
Collaborative Leadership:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align business development and retention strategies with the company's overall goals. Provide guidance and foster a high-performance culture within the business development team.
Industry and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies and use this knowledge to incorporate into business strategies. Handle the representation of the company at industry events.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, and client relationship management.
  • A proven track record in new business development, preferably in the software industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, Telemedicine Trends, and Digital Health Solutions.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills and the ability to engage decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong organizational skills along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Accountability, personal organization, and customer-focused communication.
  • Data-driven and process-improvement oriented.
