BANQUET HALL MANAGER | MORATUWA

Role & Responsibility
  • Collaborate with clients for event planning.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries promptly.
  • Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff.
  • Coordinate logistics and oversee event setup.
  • Manage event budgets for profitability.
  • Collaborate with external vendors.
  • Handle procurement and purchasing.
  • Take overall responsibility for staff, events, and property.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory of supplies.
  • Generate reports on financial performance.
  • Maintain clear communication for effective coordination.

Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management / Administration or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 to 7 Years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Communicate in English and Sinhala / Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Motivated and Hard Working, Able to be located on-premises
