Role & Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients for event planning.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries promptly.
- Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff.
- Coordinate logistics and oversee event setup.
- Manage event budgets for profitability.
- Collaborate with external vendors.
- Handle procurement and purchasing.
- Take overall responsibility for staff, events, and property.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Generate reports on financial performance.
- Maintain clear communication for effective coordination.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management / Administration or Business Management
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years of working experience in similar capacity
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Ability to Communicate in English and Sinhala / Tamil will be an added advantage
- Motivated and Hard Working, Able to be located on-premises
