Junior Executive - Indirect Procurement (Central Procurement Department)
Responsibilities
- Make sure of the effectivity of all the RFP processes being followed in the indirect procurement operations and Monitor and report supplier performance analytics, including OTIF, Quality, capacity analysis, risk mitigation.
- Support the CPD Lead for achievement of the Supply Objectives, including OTIF, Quality and Capacity reviews with suppliers, as per guidelines and Drive process improvements, streamlining of operations and adding value to client perspective
- Implement assigned supplier projects for the category, including supplier performance management, supplier risk assessments, supplier rationalization, process improvements, etc.
- Support the CPD Lead for supplier contracts and negotiations process, including collation / analysis of category data for negotiations, documentation of supplier contracts, etc.
About you
- GCE A/L
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows Environment and Effective oral and written communication skills is a must.
