Cluster Leads / Business Development Officers/ Senior Business Development Officers
Vacancies Available Locations - Panadura, Dehiwala , Nuguegoda, Thalawathugoda, Battramulla, Piliyandala, Homagama, Negombo, JaEla, and Gampaha.
Pre-requisites
- An academic record that includes completion of GCE O/L
- The minimum age requirement is 19 to 30
- Impressive communication & customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with top corporates & explore business opportunities to cater to their everyday Banking needs.
- Cultivate new relationships through networking, acquire new premium customers & close business opportunities.
- Manage existing relationships with customers to cross-sell consumer banking products & services,
- Plan sales activities, and customer visits regularly & achieve assigned targets.
