Secretary to Chairman

Candidate Profile
  • Possess a Degree/ Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Administration from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in secretarial practice from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in scheduling and coordinating foreign/local travel arrangements, Airline & Hotel Bookings.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary/ Personal Assistant to a member of a Senior Management.
  • Excellent outgoing personality equipped with excellent communication and presentation skills to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision and multi task whilst working under pressure. 
  • Demonstrate accuracy and accountability for completing tasks in a timely manner. 
  • Advanced technical and computer literacy skills. 
  • Self-motivated and flexible towards working hours. 
  • Candidate below 35 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • Organizing Chairman's weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangement, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.
  • Ability to handle all Secretarial work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Provide administration support and perform numerous duties including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers and responding to queries/requests and ensure strict confidentiality in managing all activities.
  • If and when requested, organizing meetings, presentations & keeping meeting minutes.
  • Managing of properties and other social arrangements
  • Organize, plan and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
