Receptionist cum Cashier

Since this is a gents barbershop, we prefer a male candidate who could work longer hours depending on the work load.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting clients upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
- Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and providing information about our services.
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Managing salon reservations and maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the salon team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Keeping the salon's reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Promoting salon products and special offers to clients when appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Working on the weekends and Poya days is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Organizational abilities to manage appointments and maintain order at the reception.
- Proficiency in using computers, booking software, and basic office tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
