Requirements
- Degree in healthcare, nursing or related field required.
- Assist the management in market research and focus on healthcare towards the patient.
- Assist the management team in identifying the requirements needed to be full filled in the healthcare system.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations including Medicare guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of hospice program, including hiring and training staff, overseeing patient care and reporting quality of care issues.
- Review patient records to assess the need for hospice care, using information such as diagnoses, treatment plans, progress reports, discharge summaries and physician orders.
