We specialize in support services for the US health care (Hospitals and physicians Clinics) and BPO/KPO namely Medical Coding, Medical Scribing, and Revenue Cycle Management.
CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS
- A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning the intricacies of medical coding
- Graduates Bio Science and Paramedical.
- Any coding certification (AAPC/AHIMA) is an added advantage
- The capability to manage time efficiently to meet coding deadlines and productivity targets
- Good communication and interpretation skills
- Available to work from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Prior experience in the US healthcare industry - Medical coding/RCM/Transcription will be added advantages
- Willing to work long-term with the organization (At least 3 Years)
Comprehensive training: Learn the fundamentals of coding, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS through our comprehensive training program.
A full-time work opportunity, attractive salary during the period of training (earn while you get trained) starting from 30,000/- and the potential to earn Rs. 45,000/- in just 6 months, and opportunities for professional progress, including fringe benefits will all be offered to the selected candidate.
