Senior Business Analyst - Data Governance & Compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop data governance policies for organizational integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and address data governance needs.
- Assess and audit data governance controls for enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain data quality standards with mechanisms to ensure accuracy.
- Advise business units on data governance best practices.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Al, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, including exposure to data management, data governance or compliance.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting data assessments, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify gaps.
