Job Profile:
We are looking for a young and energetic individual to join our team as a Systems Engineer. You would get the opportunity to work in a global environment supporting, maintaining and managing company's systems and network infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain robust IT systems.
- Maintain and manage company's Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.
Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Security, IT, or equivalent from a recognized University.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network administration, and Cloud systems management (Azure, AWS).
- Hands-on experience in Computer hardware and networking.
- Hands-on experience in Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud computing.
- Hands-on experience in PowerShell.
- Analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel overseas when required.
- Ability to work late hours to support UK and US sites as and when necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in PABX systems administration will also be an added advantage.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies will also be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location:
The chosen candidate will primarily operate from our facility in Wathupitiwala, Nittambuwa. Additionally, as the need arises, they will collaborate from the IT remote office located in Colombo 03.
