Responsibilities
- Customer call handling (Normal and WhatsApp).
- Answers customer questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction.
- Customer verification (Conducts customer verification video KYC).
- Luck wallet onboard FD customer dealing and monitoring.
Skills
- Fluent in three languages (Sinhala, Tamil, and English)
- Good customer relationship skills
- Preferred: Female candidate
