- BSc or Eqv Degree with 1 Year + Experience or Diploma with 3+ Years Experience in the field
Statement of work and Requirement
- Preparation of payment applications with price escalation claims.
- Preparation of contractual claims (Variation/EOT etc..)
- Preparation of estimates
- Daily cost monitoring, profit/loss analysis
- Deal with correspondences and stakeholders of the project
- Measurement taking, as built drawing Preparation
- Preparation of rate analysis
- Material reconciliation
