Statement of work and Requirement
- Knowledge in tendering and procurement essential
- Contract administration required
- Managing contractual claims and due diligence with client representatives
- Cost planning, monitoring and control of all projects
- Delegating and Supervising Project Quantity Surveyors
- Analyzing Profit and loss among ongoing projects & preparation of cost reports
Work from Head Office with small Control Team from Biyagama, Sri Lanka. Near BOI Biyagama.
