Senior Analyst / Senior Executive - F&A (Sourcing Specialist)

Role outline
As an Indirect Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our procurement process and driving cost-effective solutions for General Items, Capex's and Services. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute the Indirect Sourcing Strategy to the Client Group.
Responsibilities
- Handling the engineering and ICT related capex and Opex in Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh and Haiti.
- Make sure effective management of the Annual RFPs/RFQs and timely renewals of same.
- Handling Capex validations and governance and Project related sourcing (PO to delivery)
- Managing Suppliers, handling supplier contracts and negotiations process, including collation/analysis of category data for negotiations, documentation of supplier contracts, etc.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed SLAs and BOIs for the Central Procurement Division regarding General Items.
- Working with the suppliers, including sourcing savings, process improvements, supplier relationship management, etc.
About you
- Degree/Diploma in recognized institute/University and /or relevant post graduate qualifications.
- 3-4 years' experience in sourcing with sound knowledge in logistics aspect.
- Ability to manage timelines, results oriented and ability to work independently
