Specialist (F&A)

Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly group consolidation FS for BLL group (40+ entities in multiple geographical locations with multiple currencies) with variance analysis
- Review & present the group consolidation to client's senior management including the Group Finance Director (Including R&C review).
- Handle year end Group consolidation audit & finalize Consolidated Audited FS with external client.
- Review sub consolidations prepared by the team.
- Plan, Coordinate, follow up & handle entire group statutory audit with internal teams in F&A, teams in other towers, all entities/SBUs, and external auditors and driving the audit for on time completion.
- Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, Corporate Finance Accounting & Taxation processes & driving the teams for delivery excellence.
- Review deliverables of responsible teams & involve in process improvements, process automations, and value creation.
- Involve in R&C review of respective teams and providing comments
- Involvement in governance of RTR tower (ORC, Synops, volume submission, SLA reviewing & reporting)
- Identification and delivery of Automation, Process Improvements, Value creations and Analytics Projects.
- Team management.
About you
- Full Qualification in ICASL / CIMA/ ACCA.
- A degree in Finance / Accounting/Commerce or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of operations experience including, at least 3 years at senior level with experience in group consolidation.
- Sound technical knowledge in SLFRS & LKAS.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, results oriented and ability to work independently.
