Associate Project Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Colombo. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical projects, including creating and managing project plans, coordinating project teams and operation teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical Skills, Program Management, and Project Management skills
- Professional with 4+ years or more experience as an Engineer
- Professional with 1+ years or more experience as a Junior Project Manager/ Associate Technical Project Manager
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Cost planning, Time planning, Risk evaluation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, project management or a related field
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in Electrical, Electronic, Embedded Systems is plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Chines language proficiency considered as a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to manage client meetings effectively
- Proven ability to manage technical projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Trello
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
