Digital Marketing Specialist

AlClub is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with the online marketing & sales efforts of the company and brand. Your main duties include, but are not limited to, the list below, improving conversion rates, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives. If you're interested in building a digital marketing strategy and using online media buying along with innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Develop campaigns to increase digital sales and work with different online sales platforms
- Understand both organic and paid traffic, run experiments across the funnel, improve conversion rate, and work cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
- Handle website SEO
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Help manage online marketing presence
- Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales
- Assist with forming our company's overall digital marketing strategy
- Find the channels and strategies to increase company revenue.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or masters in a relevant field.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Outstanding communication skills and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Hubspot, etc. is a strong plus
- Prior experience in SEO, SEM, and growth marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of online commerce preferred.
- Thorough understanding and the ability to navigate social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work well under limited supervision.
- Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
- Strong Analytical skills and proficiency in English.
