Executive - Warehouse Logistics
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily warehouse operations from put away of received goods to picking and dispatch for smooth operation
- Responsible for the maintaining the stocks in proper manner accurately
- Ensures that the daily picking is done and completed on time as per the given delivery plan and other special requests from outlets
- Preparing rosters and ensure correct allocation of daily work and balance rosters for work, off days and leave requirements in a fair and cost-efficient manner
- Ensure timely delivery of orders according to the delivery plan and other special requests delivered within reasonable time
- Ensure vegetable process is organized, staffing, system data process, deliveries etc
- Ensure stock counts are done on regular basis
- Coordinates with procurement staff and outlets for daily order requirements
- Plan out seasonal and other activities from time to time
- Assist management in daily work and sudden requirements
- Maintenance of facilities and equipment on regular basis
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management from a recognized University or Institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar function
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
