Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns - SEO, SEM, email marketing, online advertising, social media
- Attend to business inquiries over the phone, email and social media channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and coordinate events to enhance brand visibility
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Follow up with business leads
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing
- 2+ years experience in marketing roles - preferably Hospitality / Services offices businesses
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Enthusiasm towards Sales
