Your Role & Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for SME Analyst that is passionate, curious, and resilient, wanting to make a real impact in the BPO industry. As a part of SME Analyst, you should be ready to learn and work with Customers on their Contract Management. A SME Analyst will be focused on....
- Work as an Individual Contributor in Contract Management Team and key responsibilities would include
- Build out contract templates per guidance from Sales organization.
- Contract creation , preparation and execution , contract termination and renewals.
- Check expiry dates and validity of tax licenses/tax exception compliance and request new licenses before expiration.
- Process disbursements towards rent/lease/commission payments and monitor contract utilization.
- Bad debt management - extraordinary pursuit, recoveries and write off
- Adhere to TAT and accuracy , report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines
- Perform assigned activities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process
- Ability to identify or propose new ideas towards process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Should have basic understanding of overall F&A or OTC cycle
- Should have Work experience in Contract Management preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Persuasive with details and facts.

Work Hours”
- 24/7 Rotational Shift (Starts from 7AM IST to 2AM IST).
- Available to work overtime on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to work US and Local company holidays as business needs dictate.
