- Communicate with customer via Chat.
- Meet the Productivity Target
- Meet the attendance Target
- Meet the internal Quality Scores
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with Customers
Skill Set Required
- Typing 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- Ability to multitasking effectively
- Good verbal communication for contacting customer
Required Experience in number of years
- Previous experience - Optional
Required Experience in terms of type of experience
- 0 – 6 months Experience only.
- Only Night Shift
- Work from Office Location in Colombo
