ROLE PROFILE
- Monitor the finance department and be responsible for all financial activities.
- Evaluate the financial planning and statistical analysis report.
- Monitor the Budget and cash Flow.
- Manage and comply with local tax regulatory on tax payments and tax returning files.
- To provide financial advice to management for decision making.
- Ensuring annual external audit process runs smoothly.
- Preparation of management information reports to identify trends, risk and opportunities.
- Liaise with Banks, Leasing Companies, Auditors
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance Team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting from a recognized University.
- Fully or Partly qualified in CA, CIMA.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in both English and Sinhala.
- Excellent time management skills
- Capacity to work under pressure with great attention to detail
- Age below 40 years.
