Your Role & Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for SME Analyst/Team Leader that is passionate, curious, and resilient, wanting to make a real impact in the BPO industry. As a part of SME Analyst/TL Team, you should be ready to learn and work with Customers on their Invoice. A SME Analyst will be focused on....
Work as an Individual Contributor and a team lead in the Invoice Management team.
Key responsibilities would include :-
- Perform assigned responsibility for Invoice generation, review of unbilled sales, processing of credit/debit notes and Process month end accruals, generate required month end reports.
- Perform assigned activities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process
- Produce daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports (performance and business metrics)
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Work as an Individual Contributor and a team lead in the Invoice Management team.

- Fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Persuasive with details and facts.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Work Hours”
- 24/7 Rotational Shift (Starts from 7AM IST to 2AM IST).
- Available to work overtime on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to work US and Local company holidays as business needs dictate.
