Sales Officer - Male | Kaluthara / Horana
We are in search of a hard work result oriented Sales Officer for our Leading Real Estate Company.
You will be responsible for
- Build strong and collaborative relationship with the customers.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competition feedback.
- Achieving monthly sales target by identifying and developing new customers
Requirements
- Should have of 2 year of experience in the sales field. real estate an advantage
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Should possess a GCE A/L or O/L qualification.
- Candidate should a valid riding/ driving license. (Own Motor bicycle is an added advantage)
- Energetic Male candidate below 35 years.
- Ability to negotiate & understand marketing skills.
- A good team player Self-motivated & Goal oriented with a desire to deliver results.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication & leadership skills.
