As a Medical Delegate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company within the medical community. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our products, and supporting their understanding of how our products can benefit patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
- Provide healthcare professionals with accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including clinical data, indications, and dosing information.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to healthcare professionals in various settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
- Stay abreast of developments in medical science, healthcare policies, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing interactions with healthcare professionals and the promotion of pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related fields preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical science and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to healthcare professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
