Marketing Executive / Senior Executive for SaaS Product Development

We are in search of a dynamic Marketing Executive, driven by results and proactive in nature, to play a crucial role in the execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will exhibit a fervent passion for marketing, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data-driven decision-making, and the ability to excel in a rapid-paced setting. Responsibilities:
  • Support the crafting and deployment of marketing plans and strategies to meet the objectives of individual projects/products.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to unearth trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, applying these discoveries to steer marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, monitoring key metrics and KPIs, and delivering regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Oversee and refine online presence, including updating website content, optimizing SEO, and boosting social media engagement.
  • Aid product development teams by supplying marketing materials, presentations, and other resources to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Remain abreast of industry shifts, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and digital media, suggesting innovative methods to augment our marketing activities.
  • Offer administrative support to the marketing team, including guiding content marketers, overseeing the execution and progress of marketing strategies, and contributing to the training and development of junior marketing executives and content marketing specialists.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of creating clear and persuasive messages.
  • Skilled in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a strong marketing passion and a readiness to think creatively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and precision, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Solid analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Effective working both autonomously and as a member of a team in a cooperative setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, including tools for remote collaboration.
