Head of Finance

Job Profile
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Candidate's Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or Professional Membership in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or other equivalent qualification with 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline- driven environment.
