Club Vision Relationship Manager - (Executive)
The Job
- The Club Vision Relationship Manager has a passion to deliver excellent service and unique customer experiences for our high-net-worth clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
- To service key high net worth Club Vision customers by coordinating and managing allocated accounts
- Regular customer calls and customer visits ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our service at all times.
- Servicing requests, resolution of issues and/ or complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Clarifying queries on a timely basis to satisfy and retaining our key customers whilst providing a customized and exclusive level of service.
The Person
- You possess a professional qualification in Sales/Marketing and or Business Management.
- You display an excellent command of the English language and are able to communicate in either Sinhala or Tamil.
- You are an outgoing person with the ability to network and develop relationships with ease.
- You possess strong negotiation skills and have pleasant and friendly disposition at all times.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a serviced related role at a similar level is essential.
