Sales Executive | Excel Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person
- Handling new and existing sales and promotions for all Restaurants, Banquet services and entertainment
- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
- Seek new opportunities through networking, and social media channels
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising and sales
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the leisure, restaurant or entertainment business would be preferred
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
