Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Marketing experience (Manufacturing field is a bonus).
- Must be able to speak English and Sinhala fluently, Tamil Language is a bonus.
- Individuals HAVE to be around Homagama and under 35 years of age.
- Job will demand good personality, good communication skills and be able to work with customers of all tiers. Our company treats everyone as a King/Queen.
- Must be willing to work long hours to achieve targets on field, analyze market and handle promotion events.
- Individual has to gather data and do marketing research on field and MUST be familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Package.
- Reputed company involved in imports, manufacturing and exports, individual will be heavily incentivized with an attractive Net Salary.
- Be comfortable compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies to Top Management.
- Good chance for individual to work with Top Management to grow and prosper.
- Be able to talk to customers and check requirements and log data and be able to create a report to inform top management of sales trends etc.
