KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information to develop competitive marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials for sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other marketing events.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
- Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans, including digital content for the company's website and social media platforms.·
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and monitor industry trends.
- Liaise with media and advertising agencies to promote the company's image and products.
- Organize and attend company events and trade shows to promote company products
JOB DUTIES
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the marketing industry, preferably in the renewable energy or related sector.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work independently
