Medfuture holds its Global Operation Centre in Colombo and We are looking for Recruitment Business Consultants for multiple Roles. Recruitment and Placement is not just our division, but our CORE business operation in Australia and New Zealand. We are working with more than 8000 Clients for their internal vacancies to fill in. Our divisions are Medical, Allied Health, Oral Health, Mental Health, and Nursing.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a talent who is dedicated and committed personality to becoming our Recruitment Business Consultant for various divisions of Medfuture operations in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Relationship With Potential Candidates
  • Arranging for advertising of job vacancies in a wide range of media.
  • Headhunting, networking, and using CV searching techniques to find relevant candidates.
  • Reviewing and assessing CVs and preparing them for submission to clients.
  • Managing interviews, screening candidates, and running background checks.
  • Creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
  • Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Build a Strong Business relationship with existing clients for placements & job orders.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Focus on a Portfolio of jobs from existing clients to promote for more candidates.
  • Developing goals for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Able to handle region-based client base which will include new and existing clients to grow.

As a Recruitment Business Consultant, you'll work with candidates, helping to guide them through the interview process and assessing their suitability for roles. You'll also work closely with employers to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements and help them to find suitable employees.

Working Time will be Australian Business Hours I SL Time 05.00 AM to 02.00 PM

What do we offer?
Attractive Gross Salary Ranging from LKR 125,000.00 to LKR 175,000.00 plus Incentives for every placement

Eligibility
  • Committed Individual who can start by 5.00 AM to match Australian Working Time
  • Must have worked in MNC or studied in an International School
  • Excellent in business English and business email
  • Able to make 70 calls to engage with potential clients and candidates
  • Good track record of sales achievements
  • Best in customer relationship
  • Able to handle the deadline and KPI pressure
